A. The rate on your toll free number(s) is 5.9 cents per minute for interstate calls and 1 cent more than your state rate for in-state calls.

A. All calls are billed for the first 60 seconds, then in 30 second increments.
Q. How long will it take to activate a new toll free number(s)?
A. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the activation of the new toll free number(s).
Q. How long will it take to switch an existing toll free number(s)?
A. FCC requires the current carrier to release your existing toll free number within 3 business days. Once released, your existing toll number(s) will be activated within 2 to 4 business days.
